Return & Refund Policy (B2B Orders)

All sales are final. As this is a B2B platform, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product contains a clear fault or defect that was not mentioned in the product description.

We carefully inspect and describe all items prior to shipping, but if you receive products that are significantly different from what was presented, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

In such cases, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the situation and get back to you as soon as possible. If a refund or replacement is approved, further instructions will be provided.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for reasons related to sizing, minor signs of wear, or change of mind.
