Do you offer a handpick service?

Yes, we offer a handpick service at our warehouse or remotely via video call.

Can I request specific product types or styles?

Yes. If you would like to place a custom order, please contact our team and we will assist you.

How often do you add new stock?

We receive new stock every week and update our selection regularly.

Do you offer a washing service?

Yes, we offer a washing service. You can add the washing service to your order directly on our website.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes. Many products have tiered pricing, meaning the price per piece decreases when you purchase larger quantities. For bigger volume orders, please contact our sales team directly.

Is there a minimum order value or quantity?

Bundle prices start from €70 and quantities starting from 10 pieces. For handpick orders, the minimum order value is €200.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

All prices on our website are shown excluding VAT.

How is VAT handled for EU and non-EU companies?

EU companies with a valid VAT number can purchase under the reverse charge mechanism. Finnish VAT applies to Finnish businesses. Non-EU companies are not charged VAT, but local import duties and taxes may apply.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the most common payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, UnionPay, Shop Pay, and Visa.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all European countries. If our website does not display shipping options to your country, please contact our customer service and we will assist you.

Which shipping methods do you use?

Shipping methods vary by destination. We work with several carriers, including Posti, PostNord, UPS, and GLS.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on the destination country.

What condition are the products in?

All products are graded before sale. Condition depends on the selected grade (such as Grade A or Grade B). As vintage items, products may show natural signs of wear consistent with age.
